Salt Lake City’s Sugar House neighborhood is a favorite for visitors thanks to its walkable mix of restaurants, shops, and local charm. The area is home to a large park with beautiful mountain views and offers a peaceful neighborhood feel while still being close to everything. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and on the way to the mountains, it’s an ideal home base for exploring the city and the outdoors.

FAQ
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We are a pet friendly property and take up to maximum of 2 per stay. We ask that you pick up after your pets.
Is the yard fenced in?
Partially… there is a section between the garage and the house that is not fenced in. It’s about 30 feet give or take.
Can I check in early?
It depends! When our calendar allows, we will always let guests check in early or depart late. However, we tend to be busy (thankfully!) and can’t always guarantee it if we have other guest arriving or departing the same day.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund up to 14 days in advance for our Salt Lake City property. If you’re cancelling with less than 14 days, then we will refund whatever we are able to recoup if the property gets rebooked.
